2021 DIY Courses starting again on the 4th January

2021 Courses Starting on the 4th January We'll soon be back to teaching our DIY courses again, as you are permitted to leave home for education related to the formal curriculum or training, but please remember that you must adhere to the government guidelines for Tier 4 restrictions for controlling the Covid Virus, whilst attending your course. Before you attend your course, YOU MUST READ our guidelines on what is required for you to attend your course. WE ARE SORRY, BUT THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, IF YOU CAN NOT WEAR A FACE COVERING DUE TO HEALTH REASONS, THEN UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND YOUR COURSE.

It’s feeling a lot like Christmas

It’s getting near Christmas, so we’re getting ready for the New Year and all those resolutions and promises to get those DIY projects done for 2021.  We’re adding even more dates for 2021, we’ve just added the Door Hanging and Beginners 2 Day DIY courses today.  Just go to the Course page that you are interested in and you’ll see the current dates from which to book your courses.

Covid-19 Update for Students attending our DIY Courses

What's Happening with The DIY School Courses now new Lockdown Measures are coming into force ? Rest assured, we're safely running courses in our Manchester training centre. Although on some of our courses, since June, we have had to reduce numbers by 50% to ensure safe social distancing. Everyone is required to wear masks whilst participating on their course, unless they are undertaking training in their own training bays, such as the Plastering, Tiling and Decorating courses which are adequately catered for in a spacious area per student. We have numerous hand washing facilities located close to all training areas along with frequent sanitising of all communal areas and seating, located at various points in our 4,500 sq ft training centre....
