Tiling Course - Under Floor Heating & Wet Rooms

This course is designed specifically for students who have attended the 4 day Tiling Essentials course, or who are existing tilers.

The course will teach you how to use the Ardex WPC waterproofing system, along with learning about various other methods of waterproofing and wet room  building products.

You will learn about installing low profile drains into floors and how manufacturers such as Wedi & Jackoboard provide complete shower kits for installing into wetrooms.

You will learn about the various types of under floor heating (UFH), both wet and dry and how to install them. How to install electric under floor heating mats and learning the correct methods for testing and installing without damaging the electrical cables.

Using low profile installation products from Soleheat, you will learn how to install a wet UFH system, along with the implementation & setup of a heating pump and manifolds system.

Once installed, you will learn how to use self levelling compounds, utilising products such as Arditex NA, which will demonstrate the difference between cheap products, which can have disastrous consequences when trying to achieve a smooth, level floor.
