Getting rid of rubbish can be problematic especially when the old paper rips the bin bag every time you try and squash it in.
Use an old piece of vinyl flooring to line the bag. This will enable you too stuff the bag full of your decorating waste. Dont forget to take it out before you chuck the bag out!
