We will consider moving you on to another course as what we call "one extra!". This means that if your replacement course becomes fully booked with new students you will be moved again on to the next available course until such time as you are able to complete the course without us having to refuse new customers. Only in the event that a cancelled place is re-sold and your course becomes fully booked will The DIY School refund fees less a £25 cancellation processing charge. An alternative person may be sent in order to avoid loss of fees.
We regret the need to apply these conditions however as a commercial operation our business is based upon a finite number of places being filled and if a place is cancelled at a late stage we may be unable to resell that space causing us unrecoverable loss of revenue.
